This is a Legal Advice Workshop run by James Brown – Specialist Solicitor

Does your child have a special educational need or disability?  Have you been told you won’t get an EHC Plan?  Do you think your SENCo or the Local Authority’s “no” means you won’t get one?

Don’t be misled.  The law is very clear.  Come and find out what you are entitled to.

The workshop will cover

  • What Your Legal Rights are
  • How to Request an Assessment for an EHC Plan
  • What You Need to Do and When You Need to Do It
  • Next Steps if Your Assessment Request is Turned Down
  • Your Chances of Success

This is a fantastic opportunity to get some real hands-on advice and information from a specialist Lawyer with over 20 years’ experience in this kind of situation, rather than from someone who has just done the equivalent of the “theory driving test”.

SEN Legal success rates have never been under 90% (97% in 2018).  Come along and see what you could do for your child or young person.
