This is a Workshop run by Mark Brown – Founder of Special Help 4 Special Needs

Mark has worked with people with special needs for over 30 years and founded Special Help 4 Special Needs in 2010, working as an advisor with a range of children with special needs.

Mark will explore the issues faced by children/teenagers with special needs and the people around them when the child/teenager is going through puberty. This includes:

  • Identifying some of the characteristics of puberty that have a massive impact upon children/teenagers with special needs.
  • Provide understanding in relation to anger management as a teenager
  • Look at practical approaches toward inappropriate sexualised behaviour
