This is a Legal Advice Workshop run by Melinda Nettleton – Director of SEN Legal

Getting the right place, right people and at the right time for your child’s special needs is critical – here is where you will get the right help

The move to secondary school or further education is very daunting and it’s a big decision, one you have to get right.  If you’re finalising your child’s placement for a September 2019 start, this course is the starting place to help you make the right choice.

You may not be aware that after:

15th February 2019 (for secondary schools)

31st March 2019 – (for post 16 year old college placements), it’s highly unlikely that you will get the chance to appeal in the tribunal and get a decision in for time for September.

We are here to help you

This legal workshop will guide you through the steps you need to understand and help you make the most informed decision. If you are unhappy or uncertain with what is being offered to your child, this workshop is for you.
