Welcome to HACS

Where did HACS begin?
Our Charity was founded in 1997 by a group of parents and carers in Hillingdon with an autistic family member. We started out as a support group in a local church hall. In 2001 we operated our first Playscheme for just 8 children.
In November 2009, thanks to Hillingdon Council, we secured our very own premises, the current HACS Resource Centre in Hayes. Our facilities include an administration suite, secure outdoor space, sensory room, conference/training room and two classrooms. This move proved to be a catalyst for expansion of the Charity. A base in the heart of the community significantly raised awareness of HACS and demand for our services amongst both families and professionals increased.
Over 20 years on, we are supporting over 1100 people and have developed a highly respected and professional reputation.
