Autistic people know what it takes to provide the right support. That’s why we actively encourage applications from autistic people or those who self-identify as autistic.

Sessional PlayleaderVariable Hours Salary: £7.49 - £10.42 p/hour We are seeking energetic, inspiring and enthusiastic people to join our Children and Young People’s Service. We provide youth clubs, holiday Playschemes and Saturday Clubs for autistic young people aged 7 – 25 years. We are looking for someone who enjoys playing games and being creative, is resilient and remains calm under pressure and shares our passion for making a positive difference in the lives of autistic people. Job CoachFull Time, Part-Time, Term-time and Bank patterns considered Salary: £27,969 Full-Time Equivalent We are seeking someone who shares our passion and enthusiasm to work as part of our Skills & Employment Team. The successful candidate will provide support, training and guidance to neurodivergent adults and/or adults with intellectual, physical or sensory disabilities with the aim of supporting them to find and sustain fulfilling paid employment. The purpose of the Job Coach role is to support adults as they prepare to enter the workplace, working with them to secure employment and learn and perform their job tasks.
