About This Event

Young people often undergo huge changes in their sleep patterns, naturally wanting to settle and wake later if they can. The influences of hormones, peer pressure, school stresses and screens all make sleep much more challenging. Add neurodivergence into the mix and it can be hard to know how to help; sleep often becomes a battleground. 


Join Nickie Sutton, specialist sleep practitioner and trainer, for a session focussing on practical strategies to help neurodivergent children and young people who experience sleep challenges.


Nickie  has been a sleep practitioner for 8 years and works with charities and parent carer forums all over the country. She was commissioned by the NHS in Cheshire to set up and run a groundbreaking Therapeutic Sleep Programme for neurodivergent children and young people with excellent results and feedback.
