About This Event
A chance for parents/carers to meet and socialise in a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy tea or coffee and a sweet treat alongside our Family Support Team who will be on hand to provide up-to-date information about what’s going on both at HACS and locally.
This week's guest speaker will be from Carer's Trust Hillingdon, a local charity who support carers from as young as five years old and have a great range of support for young people who are caring in their formative years, as well as over 80 free services for adult carers.
