About This Event

Planning for adulthood should start from Year 9, so that young people and their parents have the right support from education, health or social care in their final years at school and beyond, to prepare for work and independent living.  This workshop is aimed at parents/carers and family members of young people making the transition from school, college or university to adult life (aged 14 to 24 years).
