About This Event

This workshop explores the four areas of difference associated with autism. This workshop is aimed at family members, supporters and professionals to gain an insight into autism and understand what this means in a positive way, so that they can improve wellbeing and help the people they support to enjoy successful adult lives.

This practical, face to face session will cover:

  • Understand the four areas of difference in autism

  • Consider life through an "autism lens"

  • Learn effective strategies to support autistic adults in work and personal life

  • Understand how to create accessible, supportive environments for autistic people
