About This Event

Sleep difficulties affect many children, young people and adults with ASC, and can impact the quality of life of the affected individual and their wider family. Sleep disturbance can take a variety of forms, including problems with falling asleep, difficulty staying asleep throughout the night, or erratic sleep pattern with frequent wakening. This webinar will explore the science that underpins sleep and how that can be used to identify and address potential reasons for disrupted sleep, and other strategies to reduce sleep difficulties and improve outcomes for affected persons and their family.
