Young Adult (16-25yrs) Wellbeing Hub

We are launching a brand new Young Autism Wellbeing Hub for autistic people aged 16-25 years living in Hillingdon. If you would like to learn more about your autism, get practical support or are just looking for a safe space to talk to someone about how you are feeling - come along and meet our team and hear how we can help.  We're here to listen to what you need.

If you book onto this event, we will contact you in advance to answer any of your questions and explain what to expect.  If you are not comfortable attending a group session, we can also arrange a 1-2-1 meeting instead, where you can choose to bring along a family member to support you.
