Announcement from our Senior Leadership Team

Following the government’s announcement on Saturday 31st October we have reviewed our existing service delivery in line with the new government guidance. Whilst limited information is available at this time, the message is clear that we must reduce day-to-day contact with other people, to reduce the spread of infection.

Following an up-to-date risk assessment, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend our Saturday club service for the month of November. We wholly appreciate the valued respite that our service brings to families, but at this time the safest option is to suspend the service during the national lockdown, given the number of children and staff mixing from different education settings and the increased risk of spreading infection.

We will keep reviewing our risk assessment in line with the government guidance and will keep you updated accordingly. Please be assured that as valued members, we are on hand to support during this difficult period and urge parents who may be struggling to contact our helpline which will remain fully operational at this time.
