đź’ś Celebrating Neurodiverse Women & Girls

This International Women’s Day, we’re shining a spotlight on the incredible neurodiverse women and girls whose voices, talents and lived experiences too often go unheard.

At HACS, we know that neurodiversity is a source of strength, creativity and innovation. Yet too many autistic, ADHD, dyslexic and otherwise neurodiverse women and girls face barriers to recognition, support and opportunity.

✨ This year, we want to change that.

We’re collecting and sharing real stories from neurodiverse women and girls—stories of resilience, brilliance, challenge, identity and community.

📣 We want to hear from you.

If you identify as a neurodiverse woman or girl (or support someone who does) and would like to share your experience, insight or journey, we’d be honoured to include your voice.

Your story could inspire someone, encourage understanding, or help another woman or girl feel seen.

Comment below, message us directly, or email your story to carla.canter@hacs.org.uk

Let’s celebrate every perspective, every strength, and every story.

Because a more inclusive world starts with listening. đź’ś
