Join Us for HACS Summer Fest!

Hillingdon Autistic Care & Support (HACS) is delighted to invite SEND families to our HACS Summer Fest, a fun-filled day designed to bring families together in a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment. The event will take place on Thursday 6 August from 11:30am to 3:00pm at the Hayes & Harlington Conservative Club, Hayes.

Children and young people can enjoy an exciting programme of activities, including a lively disco, arts and crafts, a sensory and quiet area, and a games zone packed with fun challenges and opportunities to make new friends. Every HAF child attending will receive a packed lunch, ensuring they stay energised throughout the day.

Summer Fest has been created specifically with SEND families in mind, offering a safe, accessible environment where autistic children and young people can participate in activities at their own pace. The venue includes a range of accessibility features, including sensory spaces, wheelchair access, accessible toilets, and trained staff who understand the needs of SEND participants.

This event is funded through the Hillingdon Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme, with free places available for eligible participants.

At HACS, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to have fun, build confidence, and develop friendships in an environment where they feel understood and valued. Summer Fest promises to be a fantastic day of laughter, creativity, and community spirit for the whole family.
