We’re thrilled to announce that thanks to National Lottery Awards for All, we’ll be delivering Living Life to the Full – an evidence-based CBT wellbeing programme for neurodiverse young people aged 11–25 in Hillingdon.

This 12-month initiative will help build emotional resilience, confidence, and practical strategies to manage life’s challenges. Plus, we’re adding peer mentoring and social groups to strengthen community connections and reduce isolation.
