DFN Project Search - places still available!

Are you or someone you care for aged 17-24 years old with SEND, have an EHCP and looking for a job?


We still have places available on our Project SEARCH Supported Internship programmes based at Hillingdon Council at the Civic centre and Hillingdon Hospital, starting in September 2025.


Here are just some of the paid jobs our graduates have progressed to:


  • Maternity Support Worker

  • Administrator at The Ministry of Justice

  • Business Administration Apprentice

  • Early Years and Childcare Apprentice

  • Hospital Porter

  • Librarian

  • Learning Support Assistant

  • IT Service Desk Apprentice

  • School IT Technician


What we offer:


  • Real-world work experience in 3 different departments

  • Qualification in employability

  • 800 hours of transferable skills, such as team-working and problem-solving

  • Personal support and guidance from specialist Job Coaches and Tutors
