We are pleased to share details of a free Personal Safety Awareness Workshop, open to all members of the public aged 12 and above. This inclusive session is designed to empower residents with practical skills, confidence, and advice to help them stay safe in everyday life.

🔒 About the Workshop
This engaging session includes:
A basic self‑defence class delivered by UMAA instructors (non‑police).
An opportunity to speak with local police officers after the class, providing a safe space to:
Discuss concerns about safety in the local area
Receive personalised crime‑prevention advice
Learn more about support available in the community
A free goody bag containing personal safety items such as a torch, purse bells, and other practical crime‑prevention resources.

This is an all‑inclusive session for anyone aged 12+.Please note: The booking form includes important permission requirements for attendees aged 12–17.
